How to
submit:
Submissions
for preview should be 30, 60, or 90 minutes long and should be either
VHS or DVD. Early-bird submissions must be postmarked by August
16, 2008. All submissions must be received by September 20, 2008.
Signed Submission and Release forms should accompany each entry.
