Submission Checklist

Films must be original submissions. Required film lengths are as follows: shorts must be 30 minutes or less; animated films must be 60 minutes or less; documentaries must be less than 90 minutes. Features must be less than 90 minutes. All submissions for preview must be in DVD format. If accepted for exhibition, the final copy must be submitted on DVD. Any foreign language films must have English subtitles or be dubbed in English. All DVDs and other materials become the property of the Boston Bike Film Festival and will not be returned. Payment must be sent in the form of a personal check, company check, or money order. Works-in-progress will not be considered. If accepted for submission, we ask that filmmakers be available during the Festival weekend on October 17-18, 2008 in Boston for Q&A sessions following their respective films. DVD must be accompanied by the submission form, a signed release form, and non-refundable payment. All films must be postmarked by September 20, 2008. No exceptions will be made.

Early bird submissions - postmarked by Aug 16th: $15.00
Regular submissions: Aug 17th-Sept 20th: $20.00
