• Submission Checklist - NOTE: Deadline Extended!

    Films submitted must not have been released elsewhere. Shorts must be 30 minutes or less. Animated films must be less than 120 minutes, and features must be at least 45 minutes. For our inaugural year, we will NOT have a separate documentary category, though documentary films can be submitted in either the feature length or shorts category. All submissions for preview must be in either VHS or DVD. If accepted for exhibition, the following formats can be submitted: DVD, VHS, 35mm. Any foreign language film must have English subtitles or be dubbed in English. Tapes and other materials will not be returned. Payment must be sent in the form of a personal check, company check, or money order. Works-in-progress will not be considered. If accepted for submission, we'd like to have the filmmaker available during the weekend of October 21-22 in Boston for a Q&A session. The tape or DVD must be accompanied by the submission form, a signed release form and a check or money order.

    Early bird submissions - postmarked by Aug 24th: $20.00
    Regular submissions: Aug 25th-Oct 1st: $25.00

    All submissions must be postmarked by October 1st, 2005.
